Well the Inter league Game was a Bit of a Farce as far as the Durham Sunday Football League Goes, the League Team had a horrendous amount of Players who suddenly found they were working or had an injury on the afternoon of the Game.
Only 8 of the Original squad of 22 were availed due to other Games, Work or Just Injured, the League were left in a totally unacceptable position at 3pm of the Day of the game with 8 Players, Most of the Drop Outs were on the same day. The League would like to Thank Richard from Sacriston Cricket Club, Andrew Soppitt from Kelloe, Shaun from Langley Park Wmc Who helped at the last Minute to enable the League side to field a Team on Tuesday Night at Spennymoor. The League side were beaten 3-1 by a very lively and Organised Spennymoor Team.
