I will be issuing each Club with thier own User Name and Log In in the next three weeks.
You can download a Document outlining how to access the First Page were the User Name and Password will be entered [ click here ].
All Clubs who cannot access this Must go and download the latest Microsoft Internet Explorer (this is a FREE download). This will give access.

League Meetings.
The league will only be holding three more meetings this season; in November , March (next seasons Durham Affiliations Due at this Meeting), and the AGM in June, because of this all league business will be conducted in correspondence and via the website. It is very important that all clubs get access to the website to keep in touch with what is going on. All clubs are supplied with an email address so if you do not have access to email and the website, please appoint someone responsible for accessing the club mails and checking the website for details and changes to Clubs and Referees.
The League Management Committee will meet each Month Clubs unless invited to attend do not attend.
Fixtures
Fixtures will be supplied by email and amendments, due to County or other Cups competitions, will be emailed out as they happen so please check you email regularly. It will be worthwhile crosschecking the website weekly before contacting your match referees as they do change daily.
Clubs Must have an Up to date e-mail adress were Fixtures can be sent to.
All clubs to Forward the Correct e-mail address to the League secretary where all Club e-mails to be sent to, again this is very Important as all future League Correspondance will come to this address.

With Club details indicating who will recieve the e-mail , the name of the person reciving the e-mail and position in the Club.
The Website.
On the website, along with club, referee and fixture details, all County Suspensions are listed that affect players in this league.
There is the online match return system where all clubs are responsible for inputting the match results (This will start for all Clubs On October 1st when all Club details for the Current season must be brought up to date and who played), more about that later.
This will allow the Club Secretary to input the Following
- Confirm the Result of the Game
- Add all Red and Yellow Cards for the Game (This will be cross checked with the D.F.A)
- Add the Referee's Name (as sometimes this Changes so from the Drop down list you can confirm the Refs name and add his Mark)
- On the Match Returns complete all players who played in the Game, including goals, red and Yellow Cards, Man of the Match.
A Results Matrix can be found to quickly cross check results.(Clubs Must check this to make shure thier records are Correct)
A list of the goals scorers by division. (These will be kept up to date only by the match return system when the result are entered).
The league’s weekly News Report is there before it is published in the Press.
On the website there is a new section called Documents. It contains all the league forms and up to date Cup Draws also copies of League Fixtures. All can be printed off as you require them.
There is a page of all league Management members with their photos and contact details.
The Club pages section contains all the details of each club including a list of all their players and Statistics as well as a map with directions to the club’s home ground. (Changes to the Club Secrtary Must be reported to the League so the site can be updated)
The league table is also linked to the Match return system so as you enter the result the table is updated. I will be posting in the document pages a copy of the results and tables for you to print off if you require them.
