Minutes of the Swinburn Maddison Durham Sunday
Football League meeting for all Clubs held in
the Clubhouse of Durham City AFC on Tuesday 1st April
2009
Roll Call the Following Clubs were absent and as per League Rules were fined £15-00 plus a Ball Draw £10-00 making a Total of £25-00.
Cassop Victoria, Burnside Wmc, East Rainton Travellers Rest, Lumley Fc, Sedgefield Black Lion, Ferryhill Surtees, Pelton Bird Inn, Shadforth Plough Inn and Bishop Middleham Cross Keys.
Minutes of the Previous Meeting Had previously been circulated to all Clubs and were agreed as a True Record. No Matters Arising.
Secretaries Report.
Reported on the Respect Campaign,
Next Season Clubs Must Notify the League By the 1st May if they intend to play in the League next season, If they are to Continue then the affiliation fee and Public Liability must be sent to the Leagues Treasurer before this Date. The Cost is £37-45.
Reported on the Referee’ workshop that went very well but was poorly attended.
Reported on International Clearance for players that must be obtained if signing a player from outside of England.
Reported on getting permission to play any one from the Armed Forces.
Reported that should the Glenndenning Arms Fold before the end of the Season the players who have transferred out will still be Liable for any Fines.
Reported On the Final for the County Cup
Reported On the Final for the Heart Foundation Cup.
Reported on the Retained List
Reported on the Player signing on date.
Fixture Secretaries Report
Reported on the Dates for the League Cup Finals all at Ferens Park.
Reported on Games still to be played.
Treasurers Report.
Had nothing to report but would send out Fines owed in the next 7 Days.
Ball Draw. As No Balls were present at last Meeting their would be 8 Balls in the Draw.
The Following Clubs won Balls No 46, 29,42,9,35,3,28,4.
