Matchday Skills 3-Hour Workshop

In association with the Durhanm County Football Association the Swinburn Maddison Durham Sunday Football League has arranged the Following Course for all Clubs In the League
This will Take Place on Thursday 26 February, 6.00 – 9.00pm, at Durham FA, Headquarters Chester Le Street.
Directions
Traveling from the North/South on the A1(M) take the Chester le Street turn off (Junction 63). Take the A167 and at the second roundabout turn left (Lumley Castle ahead of you). At the first roundabout turn right heading into the Durham County Cricket Club. Turn right at the mini roundabout and continue to the end of the road, you will see the building ahead of you. You will need to use the car parks provided and not the staff car park.If you are traveling along the A167 from the direction of Durham you will need to turn right at the roundabout which brings you to facing Lumley Castle and follow the instructions above.
This workshop does not provide a qualification but outlines the basic skills needed to facilitate a game of 11 x 11 football when there is no officially appointed referee. The workshop is normally of 3 hours duration( approx ) and is geared towards larger groups. It gives people within clubs some knowledge of the Laws to enable them to referee games when there’s no one else.
Cost = £15.00 per candidate
For the Course you pay the Leage the £15-00 and the League will send in the Money to the D.F.A.
